This is an excellent opportunity to work on leading-edge mobile network projects within a highly skilled technical team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyse network performance and support solutions to improve quality, coverage and capacity.\nDeliver 5G and LTE optimisation activities including parameter changes, feature implementation, software upgrades and network trials.\nInvestigate network issues, perform root cause analysis and work with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.\nPrepare technical reports, recommendations and implementation documentation.\nContribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and technical capability development across the team.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExtensive experience in Telecommunications or Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineering.\nStrong expertise in 5G and LTE technologies, including NSA/SA, carrier aggregation, spectrum layers, mmWave and Cloud RAN concepts.\nHands-on experience with network optimisation, feature implementation, parameter tuning, PoCs and network trials.\nStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse KPIs, alarms, counters, drive test logs and customer experience metrics.\nExcellent communication skills with experience working across customers, stakeholders and project teams.\nHighly Regarded\nExperience supporting network modernisation, enhancement or MOCN projects.\nEricsson products and solutions experience.\nKnowledge of 3GPP standards and multi-vendor network environments.\nExperience with drive test analysis tools such as X-CAL, X-CAP or TEMS.\nPython, VBA or other scripting skills for automation and analysis.\nApply Now\nIf you’re an experienced Network Engineer with strong 5G and LTE optimisation expertise and are looking for your next contract opportunity in Melbourne, we’d love to hear from you.\nPlease email your application to  or call directly - 0437 417 138 to discuss this opportunity further.\nAcknowledgement of Country\nSalt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
