Colour correction, shadow refinement, and CMYK/RGB environment fluency are your daily toolkit, with Photoshop as your primary canvas. This is not a role for those who wait to be told what to do - you’ll be expected to stay ahead of a dynamic workload, jump on calls when needed, and manage fluctuating volumes with calm efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of retouching experience, though exceptional fresh graduates are genuinely welcome.
