This role is responsible for sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.\nRequirements\nProven experience in sales management, preferably within property, real estate, or a related industry.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.\nDemonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.\nExperience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.\nKnowledge of the residential property market is advantageous.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.\nSet and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards.\nManage sales pipelines, lead progression, and forecasting.\nDrive lead-to-sale conversion rates and overall revenue growth.\nSupport negotiations and closing of key sales opportunities.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.\nCollaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.\nEnsure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.\nManage escalated customer issues and ensure compliance with sales processes.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales governance.\nSuccess Measures\nAchievement of monthly and annual sales targets.\nHigh lead-to-sale conversion rates.\nAccurate forecasting and pipeline management.\nStrong CRM
