We encourage you to apply!\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a motivated and technically curious Associate Solutions Architect to join our growing team.\nIn this role, you'll work closely with our Sales and Solutions Architecture teams to help customers understand the value of Salt Security's API security platform. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology while developing your technical, communication, and customer-facing skills.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical career who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working with customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Solutions Architects throughout the technical implementation process, including product deployment, technical discovery, architecture design and proof-of-value (POV) engagements.\nHelp customers understand API security challenges and how Salt Security can address their needs.\nAssist with platform deployments, integrations, and technical evaluations.\nCollaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver a positive customer and prospect experience.\nDevelop technical knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, application security, and Salt Security's platform.\nPrepare technical presentations, documentation, and demonstration environments.\nTroubleshoot technical questions and help identify solutions during customer evaluations.\nContinuously learn and stay current with cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.\nWhat We're Looking For\n1-3 years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, IT, or Cybersecurity.\nBasic understanding of APIs, REST, HTTP, and web application architecture.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nStrong technical curiosity and a passion for cybersecurity.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.\nKubernetes or other container experience.
