We encourage you to apply!\nResponsibilities:\nFollow-up on all inbound leads in the assigned territories\nWork closely with Territory Account Managers to target priority accounts in specified territories.\nResearch and profile prospects\nProactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and email\nSchedule meetings for Territory Account Managers with qualified leads\nPrepare background notes for reps to leverage in calls with prospects\nManage time across a variety of competing demands - inbound follow-up, research, prospecting\nCreate and maintain clean data in Salesforce.com records and other shared resources\nFrom time to time, assist in organizing territory events\nAchieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity targets\nAttend conferences and tradeshows as needed\n Requirements:\n2-5 years of business development/sales development experience, preferably in the technology space\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to absorb value prop of Salt technology and adapt across different prospect industries and roles\nAbility to build relationships at all levels of an organization over the phone and email\nSkill in navigating organizations and leveraging social media to find the right prospect to contact\nStrong time-management skills plus a results-driven, proactive nature\nAbility to learn quickly and to adapt easily to change\nProficiency in SFDC is strongly preferred\nBachelor’s or technical degree
