We encourage you to apply!\nAbout the position\nWe’re looking for a talent partner who understands the business, brings real market insight, and backs her recommendations with data. You’ll lead hiring for our Israeli site and run the HR operations that keep a growing company organized.\nWhat you’ll own\nRecruitment\nHiring manager partnership: Kick off every role together, sharpen the profile, design the interview process, and guide managers toward confident hiring decisions.\nEnd-to-end recruitment: From the first kickoff to the candidate’s first day, including sourcing, screening, HR interviews, references, offer, contract and onboarding.\nCreative sourcing: Reach people who aren’t looking, using LinkedIn, AI tools and direct outreach.\nCandidate experience: Clear communication, fast feedback, and a process candidates remember well, even when the answer is no. You’ll also run our candidate NPS and look after our Glassdoor presence, turning the feedback into improvements.\nMarket and pipeline insight: Run market scans and track funnel data, so we can adjust the role, the pipeline or the expectations early.\nHR Operations\nPeople processes: Make our recurring cycles run smoothly: quarterly equity grants, twice-yearly salary reviews, bonuses, surveys and benchmarks. You’ll work with Finance and HR to keep them accurate and on schedule.\nPeople data: Keep HiBob, Greenhouse and our Drive organized and reliable, so the team always knows where the right information is.\nBetter ways of working: Spot repetitive work and improve it, with AI tools where they help.\nWhat you bring\n3+ years of in-house tech recruitment, ideally in a growing tech company.
