This role will focus on automating, standardising and optimising PAM processes across a complex enterprise environment, helping to strengthen security controls, improve operational resilience and reduce manual effort through automation.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong CyberArk administration expertise with hands-on automation and scripting skills. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, application and DevOps teams to automate privileged account lifecycle activities and integrate PAM controls into enterprise delivery processes.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, building scalable automation solutions and driving continuous improvement within a security-focused environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAutomate PAM asset lifecycle management activities, including account creation, modification, deletion, onboarding and offboarding.\nDesign and implement automation solutions for CyberArk safes, permissions, platforms and privileged accounts.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, REST APIs, Bash and other scripting technologies.\nIntegrate PAM processes into CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code frameworks and enterprise automation tooling.\nPerform CyberArk administration activities including safe management, account onboarding, permissions management and platform configuration.\nCollaborate with security, infrastructure, DevOps and application teams to embed PAM controls into automated delivery processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimisation.\nTroubleshoot issues relating to CyberArk administration, automation workflows, APIs and pipeline integrations.\nProduce technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks and support materials.\nEnsure automation solutions are secure, auditable and aligned with organisational security standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM.\nStrong experience creating and managing CyberArk Safes and privileged accounts.\nExperience onboarding and managing Windows, Linux and service accounts.\nStrong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell.\nExperience working with REST APIs.\nPractical experience automating infrastructure or security-related processes.\nKnowledge of PAM account lifecycle management and privileged access controls.\nExperience working with Windows and Linux environments.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently within a fast-paced project environment.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with Ansible automation.\nExperience integrating CyberArk into DevOps environments.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience working within regulated or highly controlled environments.\nFamiliarity with ITSM platforms and workflow automation tools.\nUnderstanding of secure coding and secrets management practices.\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong automation mindset with a passion for process
