Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail\nChange management skills; an ability to help customers navigate change and new software implementation\nNice to Have’s:\nA background or strong understanding of the trades industry (construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping etc)\nPrior experience in utilsing trade management software\nPrior experience in the SaaS industry\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nLeading customer discovery sessions;
