  • Create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and partner with Engineering teams to deliver products from concept through launch.
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize development work while balancing customer value, business objectives, and technical limitations.
  • Define and track product success metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial impact.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis within the golf technology and sports technology ecosystem.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business leaders to execute successful product launches and drive continuous improvement after release.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated passion for golf through active participation, professional involvement, or deep industry knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of the golf technology ecosystem, including launch monitors, simulators, performance analytics, and digital golf platforms.
  • Knowledge of key players and trends within golf technology.
  • Established credibility or relationships within the golf ecosystem, including coaches, instructors, facilities, retailers, technology partners, or related stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the golfer, coach, and facility customer journey.

Product Management Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B or B2B2C software environments.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities between Commercial and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with globally distributed Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with executives, customers, commercial teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating as the primary Product Manager responsible for a product line.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management processes and outcomes.
