Acting as the key point of contact, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle.\nProjects range from residential developments and commercial connections through to larger infrastructure projects, providing excellent variety and development opportunities.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage multiple customer projects from planning through to completion\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery\nCoordinate contractors, engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders\nReview project scopes, designs, and cost estimates\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and key milestones\nManage variations, risks, and customer expectations\nResolve project issues and coordinate practical solutions\nMaintain project documentation and reporting\nBuild strong relationships with customers and delivery partners\nAbout You\nYou may come from an electrical, utilities, construction, telecommunications, engineering, or infrastructure environment and have experience coordinating projects, field works, customer connections, installations, or capital works programmes.\nMost importantly, you’re someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.\nYou’ll likely have:\nExperience coordinating or managing projects in a technical environment\nAn electrical, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or construction background\nStrong stakeholder and customer relationship skills\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nGood commercial awareness and attention to detail\nConfidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills\nWhy Apply?\nExcellent opportunity to transition from coordination into project management\nHybrid working environment\nStructured onboarding and mentoring programme\nSupportive and collaborative team culture\nExposure to large-scale infrastructure and development projects\nLong-term career development opportunities\nIf you’re a Senior Project Coordinator or early-career Project Manager looking to build your project management skills within a stable and growing infrastructure environment, Id love to hear from you.
