The organisation is focused on enhancing digital capability and improving the experience for students, staff, and the broader community through technology-led initiatives.\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.\nProven experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).\nExperience with integrations using APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security best practices.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nExposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar is highly desirable.\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly regarded.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
