This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside social strategists, insights specialists and digital marketing professionals within a fast-paced agency environment.\nThe Role\nManage day-to-day community engagement across multiple social channels\nMonitor conversations and respond to audiences in line with brand guidelines\nSupport the delivery of social and digital campaigns\nEscalate sensitive issues and reputational risks where required\nCollaborate with strategists, account teams and digital specialists\nTrack engagement activity and contribute to campaign reporting\nStay on top of social media trends and platform best practices\nAbout You\n1-3 years’ experience in Community Management, Social Media or Digital Marketing\nStrong understanding of major social media platforms\nExcellent written communication skills and attention to detail\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment\nExperience within an agency, corporate or large-brand
