You will work on high-impact systems that power core product experiences. This role requires strong ownership of technical solutions, hands-on coding, and collaboration across teams.\nWhat You Will Do\n1. Backend Engineering\na. Design, develop, and maintain services using Ruby, Java, and Go.\nb. Architect scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs.\nc. Implement event-driven systems and asynchronous processing pipelines.\nd. Optimize system performance, resilience, and availability.\n2. Collaboration & Delivery\na. Partner with mobile/web engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.\nb. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and observability.\nc. Participate in sprint planning, system design, and code reviews.\n3. Quality & Best Practices\na. Build unit, integration, and performance tests for services.\nb. Ensure CI/CD pipelines are integrated with automated quality gates.\nc. Drive technical excellence through design reviews and documentation.\nWhat You Will Need\n1. 4-6 years of backend development experience.\n2. Strong profi ciency in Ruby, Java, or Go.\n3. Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.\n4. Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.\n5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nNice to Have\n1. Experience in fi ntech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.\n2. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\n3.
