This role sits close to executive leadership and will help shape and execute business strategywhile ensuring transformation programmes deliver measurable outcomes.\nYou will work across multiple business functions to drive organisational improvement, support leadership decision making and ensure the successful execution of strategic priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation ensuring alignment with business goals.\nWork closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into deliverable programmes and projects.\nDrive cross functional collaboration across business units to improve performance and operational efficiency.\nSupport the planning and delivery of executive strategyforums, leadership meetings and strategic workshops.\nIdentify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement within transformation programmes.\nLead integration activity linked to acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.\nDevelop performance dashboards and reporting to track delivery of strategic objectives.\nAnalyse market trends, business data and performance metrics to support decision making.\nProvide insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support organisational change and growth.\nExperience Required\nStrong experience delivering business transformation or strategic change programmes.\nBackground working closely with senior leadership teams or executive stakeholders.\nExperience leading complex cross functional initiatives.\nExperience supporting or delivering M&A integration activity is highly desirable.\nStrong analytical capability including financial or performance analysis.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.\nAbility to operate in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities.\nEnergy, utilities or infrastructure sector experience would be advantageous.\nQualifications\nDegree in Business, Strategy, Management or similar field.\nTypically 5 to 10 years experience within strategy, transformation or consulting environments.\nProven track record of delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives.\n*Rates depend on experience and client
