You will work closely with vendors, project teams and a range of business stakeholders to ensure systems, users and operational support models are fully prepared for implementation.\nThe role will play a key part in the go-live, onboarding and care period, helping to resolve issues, support users and ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into ongoing operational support.\nAbout the Role\nReporting into the Information & Technology Services division, your immediate priority will be ensuring operational readiness for go-live, with the appropriate processes, documentation, support arrangements and user capability in place.\nKey Responsibilities Support go-live readiness activities, planning and implementation.\nWork closely with vendors, project teams and business stakeholders to identify and resolve outstanding actions, risks and dependencies.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution, defect identification, troubleshooting and track issues through to resolution.\nInvestigate and resolve system issues, working with the vendor and ITS teams and escalate risk where required.\nSupport the development and maintenance of user guides, operational procedures, system documentation and support materials.\nAssist with user readiness activities, including communications, training and preparation of supporting materials.\nHelp establish the operational support model and transition from project delivery into business-as-usual.\nSupport knowledge transfer and the establishment of appropriate support and issue-triage processes.\nProvide dedicated functional support to users during onboarding\nHelp users understand system functionality, troubleshoot issues and ensure problems are appropriately triaged and escalated. About You\nYou will be a solutions-focused Systems Analyst with experience supporting systems through implementation, testing, go-live or transition into business-as-usual. You will be confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and comfortable taking ownership of issues through to resolution.\nWe are looking for someone who brings: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse stakeholder group.\nDemonstrated experience in software configuration, database management and system integration.\nExperience supporting system implementations, testing, troubleshooting or go-live activities.\nProven experience training users and supporting the adoption of processes and systems.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with external technology vendors.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nThe ability to work collaboratively across project, technology and business teams.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a go-live environment.\nExperience with programming languages, project management methodologies and data analysis tools would be advantageous.
