Identify where formal (authority) and informal (influence) direction is required. Earn consensus around the programme vision and take vital steps to realize it.\nApply the programme management methodology used at the Bank, contributing to the development of strong programme management practices within the organization and to the continuous improvement of Banks programme management maturity.\nManage a wide range of programme dimensions including planning, delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder management, financial tracking, and change adoption, defining clear strategies and execution plans for each.\nGet broad exposure to senior management across the organization, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to the success of the organisation.\nOperate with significant autonomy, coordinating business and technology contributors across geographies to deliver complex, high-impact technology programmes. Required qualifications:\nExperience: Proven successful experience of 10+ years in programme or project management, including leading large-scale technology or transformation programmes in complex organisations.\nDemonstrated experience in major IT or technology-driven initiatives (e.g. infrastructure transformations, platform migrations, rehosting, data centre or cloud-related programmes) is a strong asset.\nProject or programme management certification is a plus. Soft skills Leadership: able to build an effective team and drive it to achieve long term results, promote the co-workers’ engagement and empower them to perform required tasks and to achieve programme objectives, can manage conflicting priorities and cope with high degree of uncertainty.\nInterpersonal skills: you easily work with people from different areas (Business, IT, Finance, Legal, Risk…) through strong inter-personal skills (active listening, empathy, influencing). You build a network of internal relationships across the organisation to deliver across domains. You steer working groups, and you demonstrate strong capacity to manage a large variety of customers.\nCommunication skills: your points are presented in a logical and structured way. You can communicate complex ideas in a simple way, both verbally and in writing.\nOrganizational skills: develop a coherent action plan, stating resources, timetable, achievements; coordinate actions in a proactive manner and anticipate potential delays.\nAnalytical skills: can decompose and structure complex programmes into manageable packages while maintaining the focus on the overall objectives with a strong ability to solve / pre-empt problems.
