This is an excellent opportunity for a frontend-focused engineer who enjoys creating intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver high-quality digital products.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.\nBuild reusable, scalable UI components using modern frontend technologies and best practices.\nIntegrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows.\nImplement responsive, mobile-first designs with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.\nWork closely with UX/UI designers to deliver polished user experiences.\nManage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.\nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.\nCollaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and troubleshoot application issues.\nContribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n4+ years of commercial experience developing applications with React.js.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.\nExperience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or shadcn/ui.\nStrong understanding of responsive design principles using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and mobile-first development.\nSolid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, semantic markup, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.\nHands-on experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.\nFamiliarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with Next.js.\nExposure to Node.js (Express or NestJS) or Python (FastAPI or Flask) for backend API development.\nBasic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.\nUnderstanding of authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth2.\nExperience with data visualization libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js.\nExposure to LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI-powered applications.\nExperience working
