This is a fast-paced, physical, detail-oriented role where accuracy and reliability aren’t just nice to have-they’re everything.\nYou’ll work alongside a small, tight-knit crew processing hundreds of packages per shift using handheld scanning technology. Accuracy is critical-missorts delay drivers and risk SLA breaches.\nStaging & Dispatch\nMove sorted batches to the driver handoff zone before the dispatch window opens.\nAssist with dispatch scanning as drivers pick up their loads.\nHelp ensure 99.5% of packages are dispatched by 11:00am.\nDriver Handoff & End-of-Shift Reconciliation\nAssist the Lead with driver coordination-staging packages for pickup, completing departure scans, and keeping the handoff zone organized.\nHelp count on-hand packages at shift end and immediately flag any discrepancies to the Lead.\nWorkspace Stewardship\nKeep the sortation area clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift.\nReturn equipment to proper positions and maintain the Saltbox standard for Members and partners.\nWho You Are\nYou’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take real pride in doing physical work well. You don’t need to be managed closely-you show up, you execute, and you hold yourself to a high standard. You’ll thrive here if you move with purpose, pay attention to the small details that matter, and bring a consistent, team-first attitude every shift.\nKey Qualities\nDependable-your team can count on you being there, every shift.\nFocused and purposeful in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nDetail-oriented-right package, right bin, right scan, every time.\nComfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and apps.\nWorks well on a team without needing constant direction.\nTakes physical work seriously and can stay on your feet for a full shift.\nRequirements\nAbility to stand for 6+ hours and lift/move packages up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodation provided).\nAvailable for early morning shifts (typically 3 am - 11 am) on a rotating 7-day schedule with two consecutive days off. Shifts as early as 2:00am may be available as operations grow, with advance notice.\nReliable transportation to your Saltbox location.\nComfortable using handheld scanning devices and mobile apps.\nPrior experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or retail is a plus-but if you’ve got hustle, we’ll train you on everything else.\nWhat We Offer\nWe care deeply about our team and are proud to offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance (100% covered for some plans, low premium for PPO)\n401K plan with options\nCompany-paid long and short-term disability insurance and life insurance\nPaid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, and paid parental leave\nLearning and development opportunities, including job training and a dedicated learning budget\nLocation & Schedule\nThis role is on-site at the Duarte Saltbox location.
