Ensure newlybuilt systemsmeet design intent and perform without issue duringthe facilityacceptancetestingphases.Reviewconstruction equipment submittals,commissioningplans andidentify potentialdeficiencies.\nResponsiblefor conductingand/oroverseeingpreventativemaintenanceon regular mechanical, air handlers, HVAC, plumbingsystems, andperiodic testingof the equipment\nUtilize established programs and procedures to maximize equipment operability andefficiency while minimizinglifecycle costs.\nUnderstand potentialequipment failures and providefull technicalsupportto Operations teams in the eventofa critical systemfailure.\nPerform Root-Cause Failure Analysisand facilitate corrective action.\nValidatemaintenance performance by analyzingtrends, operational history, and maintenance data.\nProvide at request guidance and technical support to Facility Operators. •Represent theoperation department in projectmeetings as needed.\nEstablish and review project objectives,policies,procedures (MOP,SOP, and EOP) and performancestandardswithin boundariesofcompanypolicies.Putthese in clearconcise workstatementfor the field.
