The best candidates will have experience of working in a similar role where they are familiar with supply chain and logistical best practices. Most importantly, you must be willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful on any day. You must like being extremely busy, active, and working with people in a variety of roles.\nThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for safely and quickly receiving shipments of new fully loaded racks, decommissioning old racks, movement of devices/racks into and out of critical spaces, usage of hand and power tools to properly install the racks, conducting inventories and audits of materials, and installing devices and or cabling in racks. This is an entry level position and acts as a foot in the door into the data center industry with boundless possibilities for growth.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate, receive, and document deliveries ranging from UPS and FedEx packages to multi-truck, dedicated shipments requiring heavy equipment to offload.\nPack and ship equipment as necessary\nUtilize a variety of systems in the daily processes of receipts, shipments, and inventory management.\nMaintain a safe, very organized and clean loading dock and staging area.\nEvaluate the condition of receipts and coordinate any follow-up actions should there be damage.\nOrder and stock office and breakroom supplies\nA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to be great at your job.\nQualifications:\nExperience working in shipping and receiving department or warehouse position for at least 3 years.\nThe ability to execute manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.\nExperience using equipment typical to a role like this including powered forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, packaging tools and materials, etc.\n\nPhysical & Environmental:\nMust be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs\nComfortable working in warehouse/loading dock environments\nMay require extended periods of standing, bending, or walking\nMust be able to work safely around material handling equipment and power tools\nWork Conditions:\nFull-time shift schedule (may include early starts or rotating weekends depending on operations)\nMust pass background check and drug screening\nMust adhere to all site-specific safety and security protocols\nWill be required to wear PPE (steel-toe boots, vest, hard hat, gloves, etc.) as needed\nSite Location: We operate a 24-hour facility where work hours (shifts) are assigned as needed to ensure job functions are performed satisfactorily, compliance is maintained, and the company operates efficiently.
