The selected candidate will support on-site electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs, focusing on non-critical aspects of the buildings and grounds as directed by the Client Project Manager or designated personnel.\nLocation: Mccarran-Sparks Nevada - approximately 7 miles down USA Parkway\nSchedules Available\nShift Schedule (1): Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm\nShift Schedule (2): \"4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off\" Front-half and Back-half of the week 7:00am-7:00pm\nShift Schedule (3): \"4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off\" Front-half and Back-half of the week Nights 7:00pm-7:00am\nResponsibilities:\nGeneral Maintenance Tasks:\nPerform general area cleanup to maintain a tidy and organized environment. \nConduct touch-up painting as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the facility. \nManage tool inventory and ensure tools are maintained in good working condition. \nUndertake door repairs and handle the mounting of signage as required. \nElectrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry Tasks:\nExecute minor electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs and addressing minor electrical issues. \nHandle minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and addressing drainage issues. \nPerform basic minor carpentry tasks to repair or improve building structures and fixtures. \nIndustrial Cleaning and Mechanical Tasks:\nAddress specific or immediate industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness and safety. \nUndertake light-duty mechanical tasks to ensure equipment and systems are functioning optimally. \nHVAC and Lighting Maintenance:\nMonitor and replace HVAC filters and light bulbs in designated areas to ensure efficient operation and lighting. \nFurniture and Event Setup:\nAssist in hanging wall art and shelving to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facility. \nDismantle and install furniture and cabinets as needed for reorganization or renovations. \nSet up and take down tables and chairs for special meetings or events as directed. \nSeasonal Tasks:\nPerform snow removal during the winter season to maintain safe access to the facility. \nAssist with landscaping and clean-up tasks to enhance the outdoor areas of the facility. \nSpecial Projects:\nHandle carpet cleaning or replacement projects as required. \nUndertake other tasks and special projects designated by the Client Project Manager or designated personnel. \nQualifications:\nRequired: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance or a related field.\nPreferred Qualifications: Experience in HVAC, Critical Facility Maintenance, and Construction Finishing are a plus.\nSkills: Proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
