This role ensures the consistent application of security policies, procedures, and standards to protect critical infrastructure, personnel, and assets, while supporting compliance with client requirements and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and coordinate shift-based security operations, including access control, surveillance, and patrols \nEnsure all security officers adhere to post orders, SOPs, and site-specific protocols \nMonitor and manage access control systems, badge issuance, visitor management, and escort procedures \nOversee CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring timely response to alerts and anomalies \nAct as the first point of escalation for incidents, emergencies, and operational issues; ensure proper documentation and reporting \nConduct preliminary incident investigations and support root cause analysis \nEnsure compliance with SOC 2, ISO standards, and all client-driven security requirements \nPerform routine site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks \nCoordinate with the Security Manager and client stakeholders on daily operations and escalations \nLead shift briefings, training, and ongoing coaching for security personnel \nManage staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage to meet operational demands \nSupport emergency preparedness efforts, including drills and response coordination \nMaintain accurate logs, reports, and metrics related to security operations and incidents \nQualifications\n3-5+ years of experience in physical security, preferably in a data center or critical environment \nPrior supervisory or team lead experience required \nStrong understanding of access control systems, CCTV, and security operations \nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO \nExcellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills \nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and remain active for extended periods\nAbility to work outdoors in varied weather conditions\nAbility to navigate uneven terrain and active construction areas\nAbility to lift upto 40lbsas needed\nAbility to respond quickly to incidents and emergencies\nWork Environment\nRemote site in Turkey, TX with limited nearby services\nActive construction environment with heavy equipment and ongoing operations\nOutdoor work in extreme weather conditions and in an office setting\nUneven terrain requiring mobility and situational awareness\nStrict adherence to PPE requirements is always mandatory within designated construction zones and while operating site vehicles including UTVs\nIf you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for data center services and a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.
