Coverage begins the first of the month following 30-days of employment.\nPeace of Mind: The Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees, even if you do not participate in the benefits package.\n Your financial future matters: Enjoy our employer-supported 401(K) with immediate 100% vesting, plus a 3% employer match and a 50% match on the next 2%.\nWellness Support: Access to HSA, mental health resources, and gym discounts-because your health matters.\nExtra Protection & Perks: Through discounted group programs, such as legal services, home & auto insurance, pet insurance, and ID theft protection for life’s unexpected moments.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nCoordinate vendor onboarding, including contract setup, compliance documentation, and system integration. \nFacilitating NDA and VMSA execution via DocuSign to required signers. \nStrong knowledge of contracts review including redlines and negotiations. \nTracking tasks and monitoring incoming requests both internal and external. \nCollaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure clear understanding of contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and timelines. \nMaintain accurate vendor records in our systems and ensure data integrity. \nIdentify opportunities to improve vendor relationships. \nMaintain folders that contain vendor information, including contact details, services offered, and performance records. \nTrack and report on purchase orders and vendor invoicing activity as part of vendor management processes. \nSupports all department contracts, including the administration of a contract repository and expiration tracker. \nEvaluate requests for vendor relationships from internal stakeholders, guide them through the standard framework for vendor onboarding, and provide comparative analysis to support a well-informed contract awarding process without bias. \nWorks with applicable Account Coordinator/Finance Team to review and align payable and receivables with active vendor contracts, ensuring tracking and communication between Vendor Management and Finance. \nAssist site team with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing current data via trackers and historical documents. \nBe a resource for site teams on contract procedures, concepts, policies, and changes to the same as it relates to vendor management. \nCompetencies: \n2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, or supply chain operations. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities. \nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and a knack for turning challenges into solutions. \nFamiliarity with contract terms, compliance requirements, and performance metrics. \nExceptional accuracy and attention to detail. \nFlexibility, including the willingness and ability to readily respond to changing circumstances and expectations. \nSolid work ethic and integrity, able to work effectively and be self-directed. \nProvide exceptional client and vendor relationships, ensuring success with our preferred suppliers. \nQualifications: \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location.
