The project manager plays a critical role as the glue that holds the team together and promotes the Iconicx culture.\nThis role requires significant travel, with expectations of up to 50-75% annually, especially if you are not currently residing near one of our key job site location needs such as:Fairfax, Virginia\n\nSW region of Charlotte, NC\n\nAtlanta, GA\n\nPhoenix, AZ\n\nDallas/Fort Worth area\n\nAshburn, VA\n\nLeesburg, VA\n\nManassas, VA\n\nWarrenton, MO\n\nAdditional opportunities may be available beyond the listed locations for exceptional candidates-if you’re a great fit, we’d love to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities\nDevelop project scope of work and pricing.\nCoordinate all communication with client and project personnel.\nDevelop manpower requirements for a project.\nDevelop Cx plans.\nDevelop project schedules.\nDevelop timeline for project deliverables, assign tasks and monitor completion.\nPopulate and organize the project folder with all project documentation from the client / EOR / GC.\nCommunicate with project team on various requirements and travel arrangements.\nRun meetings up to and during testing and create meeting minutes.\nSchedule and lead all punch list meetings.\nAssist testing engineers in punch list management.\nCoordinate and review reporting requirements.\nMonitor project budget and profitability.\nAnalyze and make suggestions on our project process to gain efficiencies.\nDevelop project plans in Smartsheet and actively manage them to drive better process and margins.\nProvide accurate project forecasts for revenue projections.\nTrack project status and create invoices in Ajera (accounting software).\nRequirements\nWork experience: Project management within commissioning or mission critical environments, 3-5 years required.\nGeneral understanding of all mechanical and electrical building systems\nEducation: 4-year college degree\nMilitary experience a plus\nComputer Skills: Microsoft Office programs required.
