You are the engine of how we ship customer value. You go far beyond writing code to meet a specification. You take end-to-end ownership of problems, working directly with Product Managers to understand what should be built, why it matters, and how to deliver it reliably.\nYour main responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Take features from scoping and design through to implementation, testing, CI/CD, and release. You own the correctness, quality, and operability of what you ship.\nPerformance Optimization: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and choke-points. Optimize data structures to decrease latency and improve throughput in a data-heavy environment.\nCollaborative Scoping: Work closely with Product Managers and peers to shape problems before writing code.
