Our culture values innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a DevOps Engineer to serve as the sole technical owner of our cloud environments, delivery pipelines, and AI infrastructure. In this “department of one” role, you will be the foundational expert ensuring that our hand-selected teams have the secure, high-performance infrastructure they need to deliver excellence to our partners.\nThis position is fully DevOps-focused, owning CI/CD, automation, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI systems end to end.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Architecture: Design, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure to support both internal needs and client-facing digital transformations.\nInfrastructure as Code: Define and manage infrastructure through code (Terraform or similar) to keep environments consistent, reproducible, and auditable.\nCI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) to ensure rapid, high-quality software delivery.\nContainerization: Oversee Docker and Kubernetes environments to ensure scalable and reliable application hosting.\nObservability: Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively address performance and availability issues.\nCloud Security & Access: Define and enforce identity, access management, and least-privilege controls, including strict access levels for sensitive, licensed OEM data to ensure project-based compliance.\nCost Optimization: Monitor cloud spend and right-size resources to keep infrastructure efficient as the company scales.\nAI Systems: Set up, integrate, and maintain AI/ML systems and tooling to support the company’s growing use of intelligent automation.\nProgramming & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal tooling using Python, Bash, or similar languages.\nInfrastructure Strategy: Guide the company’s infrastructure roadmap, evaluating tools and practices and recommending what’s worth adopting.\nRequirements\n7+ years in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
