Are you one of them?\nWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives and support our global supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing procurement projects, driving sourcing strategies, supporting forecasting activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong project management and analytical skills, experience working within complex manufacturing environments, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.\nYour Responsibilities:\nLead procurement-related projects and strategic initiatives to support business objectives.\nManage and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.\nPartner with Engineering to develop sourcing strategies and support make-versus-buy decisions.\nMonitor procurement performance metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to management.\nDevelop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and executive summary updates.\nOrganize and structure data to drive informed decision-making and successful project execution.\nEstablish priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of procurement initiatives.\nCollaborate with Production, Purchasing, Assembly, Engineering, and After-Sales teams on expedited procurement activities\nPartner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.\nTravel internationally as required to support projects, and business initiatives.\n\nYour Profile:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.\n5+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, project management, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.\nExperience managing procurement projects and cross-functional initiatives.\nKnowledge of forecasting, supply planning, and make-versus-buy analysis.\nProficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel, ideally as a Key User\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness and ability to collaborate in an international Network and travel internationally as needed.\n\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision insurance offered at 30 days of employment \nGenerous Educational Reimbursement program\nCompany sponsored Life and Disability Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nTen (10) Paid Holidays per year \n401K with Company Match\n\nIn order to ensure our success in the future, too, we need first-class employees -
