Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB To direct and manage Tubatse Alloy, develop and implement short- and long-term planning to enable the production of world-class ferrochrome. To ensure that the furnaces, pelletiser and chrome recovery plant are available and reliable to produce products in line with the corporate objectives of the company with regard to volume, quality and unit costs. Facilitate continuous improvement and operational excellence in order to improve availability, utilisation, safety performance, unit costs and to enable performance management and development of the smelter teams.
