If you are completing your Bachelor’s degree and want to gain your first professional experience in the manufacturing industry, we invite you to join our Production Planning Department as an intern.

This is an opportunity to apply your university knowledge in practice, learn how to work with production data and plans, develop your analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience with Excel and 1C.

No previous work experience is required. What matters to us is your motivation, responsibility, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn and grow.

What you will do:

• Assist in preparing monthly production plans and daily/shift production schedules.

• Collect, process, and analyze production data.

• Work with production indicators and reports in MS Excel.

• Assist in monitoring the execution of production plans.

• Work with information related to components, materials, and other production resources.

• Participate in analyzing the performance of production departments.

• Help identify the reasons for deviations from production plans.

• Participate in preparing proposals to improve production processes.

• Work with production documentation.

• Gain practical experience using 1C:Enterprise.

• Participate in preparing reports and materials related to production performance.

Who we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree graduate completing their studies.

• Preferred fields of study: Economics, Finance, Management, Logistics, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• No previous work experience required.

• Confident user of MS Excel.

• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Interest in production planning, analytics, and working with data.

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.

• Willingness to learn, develop, and work as part of a team.

Knowledge of 1C:Enterprise and basic Kaizen principles will be an advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Uzbek - B2.

• Russian - Advanced.

• English - B2.
