The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background in software development. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.\nEssential Functional Roles & Responsibilities\nProject Planning and Execution:\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nExecute project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.\nMonitor and mitigate project risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.\nClient Collaboration:\nAct as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.\nCollaborate closely with clients to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives.\nProvide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction\nTeam Leadership and Collaboration:\nLead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.\nFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and tasks.\nResolve conflicts and challenges within the team, promoting a positive and productive work culture.\nQuality Assurance:\nImplement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.\nConduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance\nBudget and Resource Management:\nManage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.\nOptimize resource allocation, balancing workloads and skill sets to maximize team efficiency.\nRequired Background & Skills :\nEducational Qualification:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
