The role will ensure financial system robustness, regulatory compliance, scalability, and alignment with the organizations digital and business transformation agenda.\n\nThis position will act as the single-point owner for Finance ERP across the enterprise and will closely partner with the CFO, Finance Leadership, Risk, Compliance, and external auditors.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSAP RISE & Finance ERP Strategy:\n\n- Define and own the SAP RISE with SAP S/4HANA Finance roadmap for the NBFC\n\n- Drive cloud-first ERP strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory needs\n\n- Lead ERP modernization, simplification, and standardization initiatives\n\n- Ensure optimal utilization of SAP RISE services, SLAs, and governance model\n\nSAP S/4HANA Finance Ownership:\n\n- End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape\n\n- Oversee configuration and design of General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable & Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting & Cash Management, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders\n\n- Enable real-time financial reporting, group reporting, and faster close cycles\n\n- Drive adoption of SAP Fiori and embedded analytics\n\nNBFC Finance, Risk & Regulatory Compliance:\n\n- Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines, Ind AS, Companies Act, and audit norms\n\n- Oversee NBFC-specific accounting including loan accounting, interest accruals, ECL provisioning models, NPA recognition, and treasury accounting\n\n- Partner with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams for regulatory reporting and inspections\n\nIntegration & Enterprise Architecture:\n\n- Own integration architecture between SAP Finance and Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Collections, Treasury, and Risk platforms\n\n- Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and system controls\n\n- Work with SAP, hyperscalers, and middleware providers under RISE model\n\nProgram, Vendor & Stakeholder Management:\n\n- Lead large-scale SAP programs including implementation, rollouts, and upgrades\n\n- Manage SAP partners, Big-4 firms, and system integrators\n\n- Govern budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones\n\n- Act as senior IT SPOC for internal audit, statutory auditors, and regulators\n\nOperations, Security & Governance:\n\n- Establish strong IT governance, controls, and audit readiness\n\n- Ensure data security, access controls, and segregation of duties\n\n- Oversee L3/L4 support and production stability\n\n- Drive automation, controls, and continuous improvement\n\nLeadership & Team Management:\n\n- Build and lead high-performing SAP Finance IT teams\n\n- Mentor senior managers, architects, and functional leads\n\n- Promote collaboration between IT and business teams\n\n- Drive change management and user adoption\n\nRequired Skills & Expertise:\n\nTechnical & Functional:\n\n- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO)\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP RISE operating and commercial model\n\n- Experience with Group Reporting, Central Finance, and advanced analytics\n\n- Strong understanding of integrations, controls, and enterprise architecture\n\nDomain Expertise:\n\n- Extensive experience in NBFC / BFSI finance operations\n\n- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, Ind AS, GST, TDS\n\n- Experience working with regulators, auditors, and boards\n\nExperience & Education:\n\n- 15-25 years of overall IT / ERP experience\n\n- Minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership roles\n\n- Multiple SAP implementations preferred (at least one S/4HANA)\n\n- B.E./B.Tech with CA / MBA Finance / CMA preferred\n\nCertifications (Preferred):\n\n- SAP S/4HANA Finance\n\n- SAP RISE with SAP\n\n- Leadership or program management
