improvement initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, and service reliability.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.\nIn-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.\nExperience supporting IBM z/OS mainframe environments.\nHands-on experience with JCL, REXX, COBOL, CICS, and DB2.\nExperience troubleshooting batch processing and job scheduling issues.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational support environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with COBOL, JCL, Assembler, EasyTrieve.\nExperience utilizing ESP workload automation and scheduling tools.\nFamiliarity with data refresh procedures within testing and non-production environments.\nExperience creating KPI dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting.\nKnowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise mainframe environments.\nExposure to automation and process improvement
