The engineer will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the SDLC to\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events.\nImplement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).\nIntegrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise systems via APIs.\nDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end event-driven applications or REST APIs using modern frameworks like Spring, .NET / .NET Core (preferred).\nBuild responsive front-end solutions using Angular or React frameworks.\nDevelop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.\nAnalyze data to generate actionable business insights.\nDesign and implement business workflows using Power Automate.\nDevelop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX.\nPerform code reviews and support Agile teams.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n6-8 years of experience in full stack application development.\nHands-on ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration.\nKnowledge of HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent.\nServiceNow scripting and integration experience.\nHands-on ServiceNow NowAssist, Moveworks, Employee Works, Process Mining and other capabilities.\nStrong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.\nExperience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.\nStrong SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.\nExperience with Power BI and DAX.\nExperience with Power Automate workflows.\nExperience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical and communication skills.\nRequired Certifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) -
