Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Workday HCM solutions aligned with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday HCM functional modules, business process optimization, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
The role requires close collaboration with HR leadership, business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical architects to design scalable and compliant Workday solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end functional solution design for Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and transformation programs.
Define target-state HR operating models and Workday solution architecture.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure solution design adheres to Workday best practices and minimizes customizations.
Functional Leadership
Serve as the functional SME across Workday HCM modules.
Provide guidance on business process design, security, reporting, and organizational structures.
Lead solution workshops, fit-gap assessments, and design sessions.
Review configuration designs and functional specifications.
Workday Module Expertise
Drive solution architecture across:

Time Tracking
Learning
Payroll (where applicable)
Advanced Compensation
Workforce Planning
Business Process Transformation
Analyze and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Recommend Workday-delivered functionality to support business requirements.
Support organizational change and HR digital transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with HR, Talent, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
Present solution options, recommendations, and impacts to executive stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate decision-making among cross-functional stakeholders.
Governance & Quality Assurance
Establish solution governance and design standards.
Conduct design reviews and ensure solution consistency across modules.
Oversee testing strategy, UAT support, and deployment readiness.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant field.
8+ years of HCM consulting or HR technology experience.
5+ years of Workday HCM functional consulting experience.
Multiple end-to-end Workday implementation and deployment experiences.
Experience leading large-scale HR transformation programs.
