organizational objectives.\nEnsure solution design adheres to Workday best practices and minimizes customizations.\nFunctional Leadership\nServe as the functional SME across Workday HCM modules.\nProvide guidance on business process design, security, reporting, and organizational structures.\nLead solution workshops, fit-gap assessments, and design sessions.\nReview configuration designs and functional specifications.\nWorkday Module Expertise\nDrive solution architecture across:\nCore HCM\nRecruiting\nOnboarding\nTalent & Performance\nCompensation\nBenefits\nAbsence Management\nTime Tracking\nLearning\nPayroll (where applicable)\nAdvanced Compensation\nWorkforce Planning\nBusiness Process Transformation\nAnalyze and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency and governance and design standards.\nConduct design reviews and ensure solution consistency across modules.\nOversee testing strategy, UAT support, and deployment readiness.\nEnsure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant field.\n8+ years of HCM consulting or HR technology experience.\n5+ years of Workday HCM functional consulting experience.\nMultiple end-to-end Workday implementation and deployment experiences.\nExperience leading
