As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.\nAbout the role:\nAs an Installation Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating and monitoring Samsara hardware installations across customer fleets. You will ensure that each deployment is carried out according to technical and operational standards, working closely with Implementation consultants, Account Executives, Partners, and Internal stakeholders to guarantee a successful customer experience from the start.\nThis is a critical and detail-oriented role that blends project coordination, field operations knowledge, and customer success. You will be surrounded by the best and brightest professionals out there.\nIn this role, you will: \nCoordinate pre-installation logistics with partners.\nValidate customer and site readiness, including cable availability and configuration.\nEnsure the Statement of Work (SOW) is fully understood and achievable before kickoff.\nTrack real-time installation progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan.\nIdentify deviations from expected timelines or specifications and define/remediate action plans.\nDrive weekly installation reporting cadence and provide updates to internal teams.\nMaintain installation evidence and ensure proper documentation is stored and accessible.\nServe as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during install phases.\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Support to ensure alignment.\nEnsure installation partners are trained and follow Samsara standards.\nMonitor CSAT related to installation events and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction.\nProvide proactive communication and transparency with customers during install projects.\nDefine and continuously improve the installation coordination process using AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance efficiency and scale globally.\nChampion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.\nMinimum requirements for the role:\nExperience in field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple installs in parallel.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).\nComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.\nAn ideal candidate also has:\nHas strong bias for standardization, automation and AI, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards.\nThrives in a fast-paced and change-heavy environment.\nPossesses strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.\nHas familiarity or hands-on experience with AI and RPA tools to drive operational efficiency.\nTotal Rewards\nAt Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving.
