The position requires a strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManagement, monitoring, and maintenance of local server systems (physical and virtual)\n\nConfiguration, troubleshooting, and optimization of network equipment (APs, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)\n\nResponse to user inquiries related to infrastructure and system availability\n\nCoordination with global HQ on infrastructure projects, policies, and standards\n\nSupport for system backups, disaster recovery planning, and security patch management\n\nManagement of infrastructure solution vendors and service providers\n\nPreparation, review, and execution of validation and compliance documentation for infrastructure changes\n\nAnalysis of user requirements to support infrastructure improvements and process optimization\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nExperience with Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and network protocols\n\nKnowledge of firewall management, VPN, and enterprise security best practices\n\nExperience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GxP, FDA, ISO) is a strong plus\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams\n\nThe anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $88,275 to $117,700 plus annual bonus, when eligible.
