Based on our extensive experience, accumulated technologies and talented resources, we provide various services from the feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M.\nWe are looking for candidates who embody creativity, commitment, and collaboration-professionals who thrive in an innovative environment, are dedicated to excellence, and excel in teamwork.\nJoin us and be part of a dynamic team where ideas are valued, and collective success drives our future.\n Job Summary\nGiven the anticipated large-scale scaffolding installation across the project site, a qualified scaffolding inspector is essential to ensure that all scaffolding is erected in compliance with international standards and project-specific requirements.\nRoles and responsibilities\nCoaching & advising relating to Culture program elements:\nFocus on those leading from the front regarding implementation of key culture activities.\nCoach SE&A & Subcontractor SI’s, Supervisors, Foreman and Worker teams.\nAdvise HSE Managers (SE&A, Client & Subcontractor).\nTraining & Field Coaching\nCulture training for Supervisors, TBM Leader, Workers\nField Coaching (TBM Leader, Workers)\nProject HSE Trainer\nProgram Management facilitation\nDeploy all components of the Culture program on the Project\nCollect the required assurance components for HQ to establish all the Culture levels.\nFacilitate the Learning Teams meetings.\nSupport the facilitation of the S.A.Y Leadership Team meetings.\nConduct effectiveness assessments.\nAssist Subcontractors with the implementation of culture improvement recommendations.\n Education\nDegree in relevant subject such as HSE, Engineering, Project Management, Psychology etc. Must have completed the CISRS Certified/ADNOC Approved Training Centre\nExperience\nIdeal person over 40 Y/O with minimum 10 years’ experience.\nJob Related Training Program\nScaffolding Inspector Training from the CISRS/ADNOC Approved Training Center. ADNOC Approval & Work Experience will be added advantage.\nTechnical and Behavioral Competencies\nCompliance with ADNOC Standards (HSE-OS-ST 16) & Regulations BS EN 12811.\nReview scaffold design calculations and drawings before erection. Confirm scaffold load classification (Light / Medium / Heavy Duty).\nEnsure only trained & certified (03rd Party From ADNOC Approved Training Center's) scaffolders erect, modify, or dismantle scaffolds.\nEnsure scaffolds comply with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications (If Required).\nScaffolding Inspector Certified from an accredited 3rd party such as Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)/Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS) or equivalent and also from ADNOC Approved Training Center\nExtrovert (outgoing).
