Based on our extensive experience, accumulated technologies and talented resources, we provide various services from the feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M.\nWe are looking for candidates who embody creativity, commitment, and collaboration-professionals who thrive in an innovative environment, are dedicated to excellence, and excel in teamwork.\nJoin us and be part of a dynamic team where ideas are valued, and collective success drives our future.\n General Characteristics (Job Summary)\nKey role of safety control in Engineering and Construction project.\nKey role of safety control in Engineering and Construction project as well as Pre-commissioning / commissioning.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nCreate, evaluate and administer company policies and procedures concerning HSE matters.\nTake full responsibility in controlling designated area of responsibility.\nConduct audit and inspection of HSE system for effective site control.\nAssures compliance with organization and government HSE standards.\nCoordination with Subcontractor's Safety and site workers.\nCreate and administers orientation program for project employees.\nCoordinate and respond to the site client supervision.\nSupervision, control and guidance over area HSE Officers.\nGenerate reports on a regular basis.\nCoordination with Subcontractor and Samsung E&A Construction Management.\nDevelop solution to improve site safety condition.\nResponsible for adopting and implementing company's HSE program.\nPrepare, maintain, interpret and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring application of HSE standards.\nParticipate on PSSR Pre startup Safety Review Assessment meeting and SIMOPS Simultaneous Operation Procedure performed by the Contractor and Client.\nCarry out periodic inspections and mock drills for checking the efficiency of ERT team member.\nAssisting construction team for the implementation of Permit to work system.\nProvide support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g..
