effectively in accordance with project specification under safe condition.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nSupervise and ensures safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.\nSupervise and ensure construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP(Inspection and Test Plan).\nEnsure necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction implementation.\nManage construction progress and productivity by checking daily, weekly and monthly work done quantities \nMonitor project budgets and ensures all work is completed within budget constraints\nCommunicate with senior management to provide updates and address any concerns \nResolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction \nCoordinate with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues.\nConduct quality control inspections and ensures all work meets company standards\nAssign work front area to other Supervisors based on skills and experienced of team members.\nBe responsible for timely issuance of PTW, Direct and Supervise sub-contractors construction team to ensure adherence to the ptw condition. \nAttend various walk down such as SMC (System Mechanical Completion), STC (System Test Certificate), PSSR (Pre / Post Startup Safety Review) along with company.\nEnsure and follow up completion and clearance of all punch items related to SMC, STC, PSSR Walk down.\nPromote near miss and unsafe acts identification program.\nReview the timesheet of rental manpower & machinery equipment.\nSupervise records of all Photos, e-mails, evidences of delay, lack of re-sources, failed in schedule to be informed to subcontract engineer / manager\nDiscipline Specific\nTrouble Shooting of HVAC units\nHVAC Equipment & HVAC duct installation\nHCP Control cable pulling & termination & IR Test\nHVAC equipment startup and Commissioning\nTesting Adjusting air balancing (TAB)\nPlumbing Fixture & plumbing equipment installation\nPlumbing UG & AG PVC & CPVC ,HDPE ,pipes installation\nHydro Testing of PW & UW water pipes\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in related engineering major\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in civil supervision\nSignificant knowledge of project specifications and standards, and medium to large-sized project experience\nExperience in oil / gas / petrochemical or power plants as a supervisor\nEngineering & Construction Company working experience\nKnowledge or Certification\nComprehensive knowledge on construction management and engineering standards.\nComputer application ability (MS Office)\nKnowledge of HVAC Control, Equipment Installation, Duct, Piping, Commissioning & TAB, Plumbing\nTechnical and Behavioral Competency\nStrong knowledge of HVAC engineering principles and construction techniques, particularly in trouble shooting of HVAC units, HVAC equipment and duct installation, HCP control cable pulling and termination, HVAC equipment startup and commissioning, testing adjusting air balancing (TAB), plumbing fixture and equipment installation, and plumbing UG and AG PVC and CPVC, HDPE, pipes installation\nFamiliarity with construction drawings, specifications, and inspection and test plans (ITPs)\nAbility to manage project budgets, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of construction projects\nKnowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure safe conditions at the construction site\nAbility to identify and resolve construction issues and conflicts that may arise\nFamiliarity with subcontractor management and construction scheduling\nAbility to conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to company standards\nProficiency in using relevant software and tools for HVAC engineering and construction project management\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level supervisors\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to
