Support ICT infrastructure setup, relocation, operation, and demobilization at MENA project sites through business travel and remote assistance.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and maintain switches, wireless access points, controllers, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.\nInvestigate and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.\nOperate firewall policies, NAT, and VPNs; analyze logs and troubleshoot faults.\nMaintain configuration backups and support patches and firmware upgrades.\nInspect and maintain server rooms, servers/NAS, racks, cabling, and UPS equipment.\nSupport PCs, printers, business applications, and video conferencing equipment.\nSupport file sharing, access permissions, backups, and employee equipment onboarding/offboarding.\nSupport project ICT setup, relocation, and demobilization through site visits and remote assistance.\nCoordinate cabling and equipment installation, verify installation quality, and perform functional tests.\nCoordinate telecom service activation, changes, cancellation, and fault resolution with service providers.\nMaintain ICT asset records, support quotations and purchasing, and update diagrams and operational documentation.\nApply company security policies and provide after-hours maintenance and emergency support when required, in accordance with company policies.\n Education:\nBachelor’s Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience:\nMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ICT infrastructure implementation and operations.\nExperience operating and troubleshooting enterprise networks and firewalls.\nExperience maintaining office ICT facilities and providing end-user support.\nEPC, construction, or engineering project experience preferred.\nKnowledge or Certification:\nTCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, DHCP, and DNS.\nFirewall security policies, NAT, VPNs, and log analysis.\nCopper and fiber cabling, communication racks, patch panels, and MDF/IDF infrastructure.\nFile servers, NAS, access permissions, backups, and endpoint security.\nUnderstanding of diverse computer systems and networks\nKnowledge of internet security and data privacy principles\nStay updated on hardware and software he is dealing with.\nTechnical and Behavioral Competency:\nAbility to configure and troubleshoot networks and firewalls and analyze diagnostic logs.\nAbility to interpret ICT drawings, verify installations, and prepare technical documentation.\nEffective user support and coordination with telecom providers and vendors.\nAdvanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex computer problems.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nAdvanced knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nExperience with Cisco network equipment, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, or Cisco ISE.\nExperience with fiber testing, P2P wireless links, NAS/backups, or CCTV/NVR systems.\nCCNA or higher, or an equivalent networking/security certification.\n Our benefits include:\nFlight Tickets,\nMedical Insurance,\nTransportation\nDisclaimer: Samsung E&A does not require job seekers to pay any fees, charges, or security deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
