Based on our extensive experience, accumulated technologies and talented resources, we provide various services from the feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M.\nWe are looking for candidates who embody creativity, commitment, and collaboration-professionals who thrive in an innovative environment, are dedicated to excellence, and excel in teamwork.\nJoin us and be part of a dynamic team where ideas are valued, and collective success drives our future.\n Job Summary\nMid-level position responsible for maintaining and ensuring projects management activities, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nPerform ITB contract review and scope of work identification\nEnsure technical integrity and compliance with project requirements.\nMaintain project activities to ensure delivery within schedule, cost, and quality standards.\nPrepare project plans and various gate meetings, and ensure compliance with project guidelines\nDevelop project scope, deliverables, and document management system.\nDrive interface management and reporting, liaising with the Client’s Engineering, Operations and Maintenance staff as required.\nReview technical submittals from contractors and suppliers.\nCoordinate Technical Bid Evaluation process and production of the Technical Bid Evaluation Report.\nMonitor project progress, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning\nManage pending issues and claims related to design, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients\nIdentify and report on key coordination issues and act as a liaison\nCollect and compile data from various sources to support decision-making processes\nCheck and report on estimates, specification discrepancies, and changes in material or labor costs\nReview and submit functional and construction details, as well as follow-up on progress\nIdentify items requiring support from clients and follow-up on progress\nIdentify and report on risks associated with the project and subcontractors, and develop mitigation strategies\nMaintain deliverables and monitor progress, including interface status and schedule management\nEnsure project reporting and interface definition and management, plus liaison with Client project engineers.\nEnsure that technical integrity is fully maintained and that all deviations to project standards/procedures are formally recorded and approved.\nSupport commissioning activities, such as punch clear, walk-through, and handover document preparation\nCoordinate with Client, local government entities, or any companies needed for the execution of the project at any stages.\nPrepare COB (Close-Out Binder) documentation.\n Education\nBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil) or related field.\nExperience:\n4+ years of relevant experience in project management or a related field\nExperience in oil / gas / petrochemical or power plants\nEngineering & Construction Company working experience\nKnowledge or Certification:\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple activities in projects simultaneously\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office\nKnowledge of oil and gas industry processes and regulations.\nTechnical and Behavioral Competency:\nIn-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.\nStrong understanding of engineering design and construction activities.\nKnowledge of cost control and schedule management.\nProficient in document management systems.\nStrong understanding of technical submittals review process.\nThorough understanding of Technical Bid Evaluation process.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and organized.\nAbility to work in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to make decisions under pressure.\n Benefits include:\nAccommodation\nTransportation\nFlights Tickets\nMedical Insurance\nDisclaimer: Samsung E&A does not require job seekers to pay any fees, charges, or security deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
