Assistant Manager, MX SCM (Myanmar Branch) (Korean Language)
Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Manage operational data and standard information across Samsung SCM systems.
Analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and prepare forecast reports.
Develop demand forecasts based on sales and inventory data analysis.
Manage forecast planning and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect new product launches, promotions, and sales plans in forecasting.
Analyze forecast accuracy and inventory KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
Analyze weekly and monthly sales data and prepare Planning Reports.
Collaborate with HQ, Regional HQ, and Samsung Thailand to submit planning data and reports.
Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and support other tasks requested by management and related departments.
Prepare and submit Korean reports in accordance with the Management Guide.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above (any major).
Fluency in English and Korean (both spoken and written) with strong computer literacy; proficiency in Myanmar language is a plus.
Basic knowledge of forecasting, production, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a good understanding of sales and inventory management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheet) with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Positive, confident, and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and continuously grow despite setbacks.
