# Azure Databricks Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Databricks Data Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable data engineering solutions, enterprise-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architecture, as well as SAP integration. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL. Implement Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers). Develop and manage Delta Live Tables (DLT) or Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines. Build real-time data processing solutions using Spark Structured Streaming, Kafka, or Azure Event Hubs. Work with ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Git. Implement data governance, security, and access controls using Unity Catalog. Perform Spark performance tuning and optimize data processing workflows. Integrate enterprise data sources, particularly SAP, SQL Server, Power BI, and REST APIs. Support production pipelines, troubleshooting, and data quality.
