Position Summary This is a Day Shift Equipment Supervisor Position (7am-7pm, Compressed Work Week). The day-shift equipment supervisor is responsible for a fast-paced equipment team that delivers preventative and corrective maintenance excellence. The supervisor is the conduit for leadership communications between days and nights. The ideal candidate would be skilled in making appropriate escalations. As the supervisor, you monitor performance of the team as a whole, and as individuals, providing mentoring, coaching, and guidance. You develop and deliver annual performance reviews for your team.
