This position is customer oriented and is responsible for driving training metrics by providing support and building partnerships with department stakeholders. Good emotional intelligence, interpersonal savvy, and conflict resolution skills.\nRole and Responsibilities\nHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:\nOnboarding & Talent DevelopmentBootcamp Management: Help to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training plans and \"Bootcamp\" curricula tailored to various employee levels.\nNew Hire Integration: Create standardized New Hire packages per level, collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.\nCareer Progression: Develop \"Level Up\" training packages to facilitate internal promotions and skill advancement.\nMentorship Oversight: Manage the check-in process for all new hires to ensure successful integration and time-to-productivity.\n\n Training Operations & ExecutionCreate and maintain training plans for all job titles in CMP in collaboration with CMP leaders\nTrainer Coordination: Oversee and lead module-specific trainers, providing them with the tools and guidance needed to deliver content effectively.\nOJT Scheduling: Partner with trainers to coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) for all standardized modules.\nSession Delivery: Perform training needs analysis, identify gaps, and create targeted sessions and delivery opportunities to address them.\nSystems Training: Work with subject matter expert’s (SME) or coordinator for all technical and systems-based training.\n\n Compliance, Certification & TrackingCertification Standards: Define target certification levels and implement a rigorous system to ensure all training targets are met. Maintain training specifications (INS01828, INS01931)\nTracking & Reporting: Maintain a centralized database of all certifications and training progress across the entire department.\nKPI Management: Track and report on internal training KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the learning programs.\nVendor Management: Coordinate and manage external vendor training as required by the business.\n\n Quality Assurance & Knowledge ManagementSOP Governance: Own the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) timeline. Manage the revision process to ensure zero expired SOPs at all times.\nBKM Integration: Drive the identification of \"Best Known Methods\" (BKMs) and ensure these improvements are formally incorporated into the training program.\n\nPhysical Demands\nWear clean room suit and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per the SAS FAB protocol\nMust be able to lift 50 lbs (equipment)\nAble to stand and/or walk for 10+ hrs daily, able to climb stairs\nMay perform repetitive hand and wrist motions and may sometimes have to twist and bend body\nSits at a computer terminal, uses a computer for extended periods of time\nVision - Will be exposed to yellow lights, blinking lights\nAudio: Able to continuously work in an environment with continuous 65db\nAudio: Able to discern audible alarms\nPotential to work with materials which contain hazardous chemicals\nSupport and/or work shift duties in a 24x7 manufacturing environment\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's What You'll Need:\n4-year college degree or technical school certification\n5 years of related experience\nMaster’s degree in related field preferred\n10+ years of related experience preferred\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
