This includes:-PM execution\n-Improving hold to release time for ERD and FDC interlocks\n-Establishing shift equipment priorities\n-Coordinating and communicating with Leadership on equipment status and progress to plan\n-Improving TAT on PMs to qual state\nYou'll provide the front line support for Equipment Technicians through training, mentoring, coaching, shift staffing, and problem resolution.\nRole and Responsibilities\nHere's what you'll be responsible for:\nCompliance with site safety procedures\nSingle point of contact for Equipment Issues on shift\nResponsible for technicians training and development\nSingle point of contact for issue escalation\nWork with other team members to develop consistent protocols across all shifts\nProvide constructive performance and development feedback to technicians\nShift Planning\nThis is a C Shift position and the schedule isThursday through Saturday (6:45 am - 7:15 pm) with alternating Wednesdays\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's what you'll need:\nMinimum of 3 years experience performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on CVD equipment (required) Prior experience working as a Technician II or above\nFirm understanding of SiMax, EMS, EES, & DSS (required)\nExperience leading a team (preferred)\nExcellent computer skills (preferred)\nGood written and oral communication skills (preferred)\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $31.00 - $46.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
