Build and maintain strong, collaborative business relationships to drive brand loyalty and revenue growth. Support sales negotiations on assortment, flooring, product placement, and advertising. Lead customer engagement events and facilitate customer site visits to Samsung Korea to secure product commitment.
  • Samsung HQ Collaboration and Product Roadmap Influence: Establish and nurture relationships of trust and mutual respect with Samsung Korea HQ product planning and R&D teams.
  • Product Strategy and Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product strategist, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Generation, Finance, and Marketing Communications teams to achieve category KPIs.
