In this role, you will be responsible the site's internal processes are compliant with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. You will execute and report on internal audits across our Quality Management System across processes overseeing monitoring, analysis, improvement, customer, manufacturing, and support. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating audit findings into actionable recommendations, and follow-through on corrective actions with measurable impact will be pivotal in sustaining our high-quality, compliant, and customer-centric manufacturing culture.Role and Responsibilities\nHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:\nConduct Quality Internal Audits (QMS, Product, Process) by effectively document any nonconformities and communicating findings to relevant departments. \nSupport the site execution of its annual ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 External Audit\nSpread awareness of ISO and IATF standards for the site through a task for team (TFT) \nMaintain organized and accurate records of all quality activities\nStay up to date with industry regulations and standards and ensure the company stays compliant\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's What You'll Need:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics \nISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Certified \nUnderstanding of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC) \nMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality\nStrong knowledge of quality control methodologies, techniques, and tools\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
