This is a high-visibility role that blends technical project scheduling with advanced data automation. The successful candidate will be the source of truth for the project's progress, responsible for managing the critical path from construction to operational readiness and building the automated reporting systems that track it. You will ensure that base build utilities are perfectly aligned with dependent Infrastructure customer’s and tool hook-up dates. Translating that complex data into real-time executive dashboards to mitigate risk for all Fabs at Taylor.Role and Responsibilities\nHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:\nDevelop and maintain the fully integrated infrastructure schedule, managing the critical path from construction to operations.\n\nBuild and automate reporting pipelines that pull data from schedules and project trackers into real-time Power BI/Tableau dashboards.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align Fab Engineering need dates with utility availability.\n\nProvide early warning alerts to leadership regarding schedule slips or interdependency conflicts.\n\nCodify scheduling and reporting learnings from Fab 1 to create an enterprise standard for Fab 2.\n\nGenerate weekly and monthly health reports for Infra Technology leadership.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's what you'll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), or Construction Management\n\n3-7 years of experience in project controls, large-scale technical construction scheduling, or infrastructure integration.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Proven expertise in both scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project) AND data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).\n\nExperience managing integrated schedules for large-scale industrial projects (Semiconductor experience is a significant plus).\n\n(For Senior Level): Demonstrated ability to manage complex system interdependencies and critical path analysis (PE or EIT preferred).\n\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nTotal Rewards\nAt Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
